Inside, two double bedrooms (with king-size beds and ceiling fans) and a spacious living room with two sofa beds and SmartTV (with Netflix, Youtube, etc.) will welcome you with a rustic and elegant design. One of the double bedrooms has private access from the street and both bedrooms have private bathrooms, but only one of the bedrooms is equipped with an en-suite bathroom. For each guest we provide a set of towels.
The kitchen, completely equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and all modern conveniences, invites you to discover local cuisine, whilst the outdoor area, with barbecue and traditional pizza oven, is ready to host unforgettable dinners under the stars.
The exterior reveals a corner of paradise: a spacious terrace that blends with a raised green garden, perfect for sunbathing and admiring the breathtaking sea view.
There is also an additional relaxation area with a bench in front of the house, ideal for enjoying the most beautiful sunrises in Villasimius.
Free parking available on the street.
To comply with the identification obligations provided for by Italian regulations on public security, Propertize requires all guests to complete, before arrival, the identification procedure through its secure check-in system. The procedure may include entering identity document data and identity verification. You will also be required to sign the rental contract and, where applicable, to pay the tourist tax.
The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the rental contract and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents addressed to the guest.
