In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Welcome to this splendid house with a large green outdoor space, located just 200 metres from Pittulongu beach and a short distance from Olbia and the renowned beaches of north-eastern Sardinia. Recently renovated in March 2026, the property combines modern comfort, functionality and a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing stays with family or friends.
The house has two spacious double bedrooms, both air-conditioned. The first offers a king-size bed, a work area and a large wardrobe located in a separate room; the second is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, overlooking the quiet courtyard. There is both an internal and an external bathroom, particularly convenient when returning from the sea.
The living room, spacious and bright, is designed for maximum comfort, with a sofa, armchairs, TV and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, freezer, hob, capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster, allowing you to easily prepare meals to enjoy in company.
To ensure a practical and worry-free stay, the house is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart lock and well-accessorised bathrooms with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, as well as a set of towels for each guest.
Outside you will find a large well-maintained garden with a solarium, dining area, relaxation zones, barbecue and a suggestive wooden pergola, perfect for outdoor moments. Additionally, a children's play area with a slide and swings is available. Pets are welcome (with a small supplement). The parking is conveniently located right in front of the house.
