The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, spacious fridge, additional freezer, crockery and essential utensils for preparing simple meals independently. Important note, the oven visible in the photos is currently not usable.
The bathroom is complete with a shower and bidet, with a hairdryer and a set of three towels per person. To best organise your personal effects, there is also a large wardrobe in the corridor, as well as a dining table for leisurely breakfasts or home dinners.
The true plus is the furnished balcony with a relaxation area and panoramic view of the harbour, perfect especially in the evening, when the lights create a truly evocative atmosphere.
The location is strategic. In just 5 minutes by car, you can reach the centre of Olbia and the airport, while shops, supermarkets and a shopping centre are easily accessible on foot. In front of the building, there is a spacious free parking area.
To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification. Additionally, guests will be required to sign the lease contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax.
The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the lease agreement and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents made out to the guest.
