A 25 m² studio flat, designed for 1-2 people who wish to explore Milan in a practical way without compromising on comfort. The apartment is located on Via Salasco, in a strategic position, just a few minutes' walk from Bocconi University and well-connected with the rest of the city.
The Duomo is easily accessible:
• in about 15 minutes by public transport
• in about 25 minutes on foot
In the immediate vicinity, there is a tram stop that allows you to move comfortably throughout Milan.
The space is simple, well-maintained and functional. It consists of:
• sofa bed
• spacious wardrobe
• Wi-Fi
• compact kitchenette, equipped with 2 hobs, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and coffee machine
• washing machine
• private bathroom with shower, complete with towels and hairdryer
We provide linen to ensure a comfortable stay.
The apartment is located on the raised ground floor (not street level), within a secure and private context. It does not have direct access from the street, ensuring greater privacy and tranquillity.

To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival.
