The house is designed to offer comfort and authenticity:
2 bedrooms: one double room with a privileged view of the surrounding nature and one with bunk beds, perfect for accommodating two more people.
Living room with equipped kitchen: a bright and welcoming space, equipped with a refrigerator, oven and everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes.
Bathroom: with shower, courtesy kit, washing machine with included capsules, towels and hairdryer for a worry-free holiday.
Spacious terrace: the perfect space to enjoy a coffee at dawn or an aperitif at sunset, with the spectacle of the dunes in front of your eyes.
Outdoor shower: extremely convenient after a day at the beach, to refresh yourself upon return.
Private parking: convenient and safe for your car.
Garden: a green area equipped with sunbeds, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade of the trees.
The house enjoys a unique position: directly overlooking the dunes and just a few steps from the long golden beach of Torre dei Corsari. You can explore natural trails, spend days at the sea in total freedom or simply contemplate the sunsets that set the horizon ablaze. The magic of the dunes and the tranquillity of the landscape will make your holiday an unforgettable experience, in one of the most fascinating corners of Sardinia.

To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification. Additionally, guests will be required to sign the lease contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax.
The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the lease agreement and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents made out to the guest.
