More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

As soon as you cross the threshold, you will be captivated by the fresh and bright atmosphere, created by the carefully detailed furnishings.
On the ground floor, you will be welcomed by a spacious living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, etc. The dining table will allow you to enjoy your meals immersed in natural light.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, an oven, a gas hob, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. You will also find numerous utensils and accessories for preparing your favourite dishes.
Going up to the upper floor, you will find two double bedrooms, both tastefully furnished and equipped with comfortable mattresses and pillows. One of the two rooms has direct access to a wonderful panoramic terrace that will give you a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The other room has a small balcony that provides excellent natural light throughout the room.
The bathroom, located on the ground floor, consists of a shower cubicle, a washing machine, a toilet, a bidet, a hairdryer and a courtesy set, as well as a set of towels for each guest.
Outside, a charming private garden awaits you, equipped with a modern white pergola (not shown in the photos) that will provide you with privacy and shade as you wish. The large dining table with comfortable chairs will be the ideal place to enjoy your meals outdoors or sip a glass of wine in the armchairs under the stars.
