The bathroom is complete with a shower, WC and bidet, with a courtesy set, towels and hairdryer included for maximum comfort.

To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification. The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager.
