The master bedroom is intimate and welcoming, air-conditioned, with complete bedding and direct access to the rear patio, where a relaxation area awaits you. The living area is comfortable and liveable, with a sofa bed for two people, TV and air conditioning, ideal for returning in the evening and feeling immediately at home.
The kitchen is ready for every need, with an oven, fridge with freezer, induction hob, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything essential for cooking with simplicity and peace of mind.
The true strength is the external spaces. In front of the house, you'll find an outdoor dining area, a solarium, and an external shower immersed among trees and mountains, perfect after the sea or on the hottest days. At the back, a courtyard with a gazebo and lounge area with table and chairs creates a tranquil corner to be enjoyed calmly, between readings, chats, and evenings under the stars.
Wi-Fi included and everything thought out for a worry-free stay. The bathroom, tastefully furnished, is complete with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towel set for each guest and washing machine. The entire house has been recently renovated to offer a practical, pleasant and well-cared-for experience.
The location is ideal for those who love nature but do not want to give up the sea. You are in Poggio dei Pini, in a green and quiet context, with the beaches of Chia and Nora at a short distance by car and the nearest beach just 4.5 km away, perfect for alternating relaxation and exploration.
To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification. Additionally, guests will be required to sign the lease contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax.
The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the lease agreement and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents made out to the guest.
