The living area is practical and well-equipped, with a dining area, fridge, oven and a coffee machine with capsules and tea included. The bathroom is divided into two areas: a shower and a washbasin with WC, along with a courtesy set, towels and a hairdryer for maximum comfort.
Step out onto the terrace, ideal for enjoying a morning breakfast or an evening aperitif, with a panoramic view of the dunes. The tranquil courtyard is a serene refuge, equipped with an outdoor shower and plants, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing on the loungers.
Private parking included free of charge.
Attention: access to the apartment is only via stairs.
To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification.
