This brand new recently renovated house offers spacious rooms and tranquillity, despite being in a very central location.
Inside you will find a master bedroom with a king-size bed for maximum comfort and a study area, a well-organised single room and a large sofa bed.
Moreover, the house has two bathrooms, which will make your stay even more convenient. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and every necessity, will allow you to prepare your favourite meals during your stay. Additionally, you can enjoy the small balcony, furnished with chairs and tables for breakfast/aperitif.

One of the most appreciated features of our house is its tranquillity and quietness. You will be able to rest and relax without being disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite its central location, the apartment offers an oasis of peace and tranquillity.

To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification. Additionally, guests will be required to sign the lease contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax.

The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the lease agreement and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents made out to the guest.
